Grace Hee is currently Chairperson of the NECF Women Commission. She has been serving the Lord in various church ministries since her conversion at age 19. Her calling and passion enlarged to women empowerment and leadership, prayer movements and discipleship. She is married to Rev Ron Hee of New Life Restoration Centre group of churches. They have a wonderful family of two children, a daughter in law and a grand daughter. Grace is also a Consultant in the culture of Safety among Malaysian companies. Her corporate career spanned 32 years in a major oil and gas multinational where she held positions in engineering, projects and HSE before retiring and starting up the consultancy in 2014. |

![]() Susan Chan Tean Yin |
Susan Chan has vast experience in education, corporate training and Christian ministry. She was in tertiary education for many years as a lecturer in Metropolitan College and Inti International College. Susan is also a corporate trainer. She is the founder and director of Aidios Resources, a training company and a tent making enterprise. She is currently worshipping and serving in FGA Kota Damansara where she preaches/ teaches regularly. Susan is very involved in missions and has led teams to Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines,Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, China. Above all, she is passionate about women ministry and women empowerment. She is married to Dr. Chan Kok Eng, a university professor and they have two grown up sons. |

![]() Nesam Deva Rani Ebenezer |
After graduating from Malaysia Bible Seminary in 1982, Nesam Deva Rani Ebenezer joined Malaysian Care, a Christian organization that works among the poor and marginalized. She was involved in Drug Rehabilitation Ministry, reaching out to women drug addicts. She also ministered in Kajang Women Prison. She has worked among poor communities in partnership with churches in West Malaysia. She was instrumental in re-starting Rumah Kepercayaan (RK) in 1999 and has authored a book entitled ‘Redeemed Roses’. She retired from Malaysian Care in 2005 and since then has been ministering in her home church, St.Paul’s Church, Petaling Jaya. In 2009, she became Lay Pastor of St.Paul’s Church where she is still serving and is involved in teaching and preaching. She is the Chairperson of St.Paul’s Day Training Centre, a ministry to people with learning difficulties. |

Rev Tryphena Law is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God (AG) Malaysia and the Executive Director of PLUC Events Sdn Bhd, an organisation in Malaysia that provides pastoral care and pastoral counselling for those struggling with gender issues. As one who has struggled with and later overcame same-sex attraction, she has acquired deep insights into gender identity which have uniquely equipped her to journey with homosexual strugglers. Tryphena has vast experience in counselling both struggling individuals as well as families impacted by gender issues. Recognised also as a vibrant and engaging multilingual communicator, she is frequently invited to speak in churches of different denominations, universities, schools and camps both locally and internationally. Her previous training as an educator has been a valuable asset in her advocacy efforts to bring awareness and enlighten communities of all ages and backgrounds on sexual identity, brokenness and recovery to wholeness. |

Ching Bee Gaik served as the Confidential Secretary in NECF Malaysia for many years before she retired in 2014. Prior to joining NECF Malaysia, she worked in the secular sectors. She is currently a member iof the NECF Women’s Commission. She is also pursuing a three year diploma course on the Life of Christ. She enjoys traveling, reading and exercising regularly to keep fit. She worships in Community Baptist Church, Petaling Jaya and is a Cell Group leader. |

Dr Cheah Soo Ngoh is a retired government dentist and works part time in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She helps in dental missions both locally and overseas. Married to Tang Thin Sue, a retired chemist, they are blessed with four lovely daughters and four grandchildren (2 boys and 2 girls). The couple worships at Full Gospel Assembly (FGA) Kuala Lumpur. They are helping with the Marriage Preparation Course and the Marriage Course run by the FGA Family Life Centre. She has a passion to encourage women and empower them to achieve their potential. |

Janice Wong gave her heart to Jesus at the age of 12. She is a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church, serving in the Ladies Fellowship,Youth & Young Adults Fellowship and is currently leading a cell group. She loves studying and teaching the Bible, and is passionate about discipleship and leadership development. Janice had various responsibilities at INTI, Taylor’s and Berjaya universities for 20 years, including corporate affairs, Registrar of a campus in Thailand, Program Director of the American Degree Program, to Director of Special Projects & Administration. A Youth & Leadership Coach since 2014, she helps shape high school and college students, developing their character and plans for their best direction in life. |

Priscilla Raj is the founder and visionary leader of The Shine Project, a ministry that seeks to empower women of all ages and walks of life with the message of worth, voice and influence. Through The Shine Project, ‘Her Unseen Beauty’ conference was birthed; that saw hundreds of women both locally and internationally unite and empowered to rise up to their God-given purpose and potential. She is a Hillsong International College graduate, a passionate teacher and preacher of the Word, and also a worship pastor. Her heart is to see women rise up into the fullness of all that God has called them to be. She is married and blessed with 3 beautiful children. |

Carmen Hew is currently serving as a pastoral staff in Charis Christian Centre, overseeing the Life Groups of the church. She has been serving full-time in various church ministries since 2003. Her passion is in discipleship, seeing people being empowered and living the abundant life in Christ. She is responsible for the church’s women’s discipleship track, Flourish. Carmen is also the founding and pioneering director of SAFE Community Berhad, a ministry reaching out to prostitutes, as well as, women in the low-income community. She is married and has two sons. |

Rev Foo was born again in 1979 and began serving in full time ministry in 1990. Her passion is to raise up believers to be leaders for transformation, because she believes every one is worthy and capable to be equipped. She co-pioneered the Jubilee Initiative Malaysia, a Chinese Bible college for grassroots ministry, and training youths, women and the elderly to be army of God for the Kingdom of God She is the senior pastor of Kingdom for Glory (KG112) in Cheras KL, council member of NECF, and Chinese coordinator of Love Cheras Care Services. |
