SESSIONS

  1. Making Of A Great Runner: Marks of Effective Leaders
This message deals with qualities that ultimately determine why people would choose to follow you. These qualities are more than just styles and abilities, and must be developed from deep within the leader's character and soul.

  2. Running The Right Race: Impacting the World
Christian leaders must run the race of leadership in such a way that others are inspired and challenged to follow. It is critical that we run this race right. But this is not enough. Equally important is that we run the right race. We may be the most efficient and effective runner in the world, but if we are in the wrong race, it will all count for nothing. As leaders, we need to reflect seriously on what sort of race it is that we are called to run. Gain an understanding of Christian leadership that coheres with the biblical teachings on the Kingdom of God and the role of the church in the outworking of God's redemptive agenda for the world.

  3. Keeping Pace: Following Leaders, Leading Followers
In life and ministry, we lead in some areas and perhaps follow in others. Agreat leader must first understand what it means to follow. Agreat follower is actually one who empowers his leader to lead. What kind of a follower are you? This may determine your leadership style.

  4. When Runners Clash: Managing Conflicts in the Race
Conflict is inevitable when doing ministry. How do we manage conflicts in the church?

  5. Finishing Strong: Paradigms of Successful Leaders
The finish is perhaps more important than the start. How can a leader go the distance and face fatigue, disappointments and discouragements positively and effectively? Peter Chao share show we can devel spiritual and mental stamina for the long haul.
