As the nation faces various challenges, it’s important for the Malaysian Church to rise up in prayer. God’s Word calls for His people to seek His face, stand in the gap and to pray with fasting (see 2 Chron 7:14; Ezek 22:30; Jer 29:7). To see this happen, we need a revival of prayer. The church needs to seriously and intentionally do it. As we approach closer to our fasting and prayer season, let us rouse, challenge and prepare the church for it.

At the same time we would like to encourage your church to participate in our 247@NECF (continues prayer for the nation) initiative during this 40-Day of Fasting and Prayer.

Besides praying, we are also taking up a Charity Collection at the end of the 40-Day Fast and Pray. This collection will go to the need of the East Coast work as well as Educational Projects for the poor and rural children.
