Christmas SOP FOR RMCO AND CMCO AREAS
1. Houses Of Worship
The following are the highlights:
1.1 Christmas Services only allowed on Christmas Eve, 24 December and Christmas Day, 25 December.
1.2 Those with symptoms such as fever, cough, breathing difficulty and flu are not allowed to attend.
Adults age 70 and above and children age 12 and below are not encouraged to attend.
1.3 For Christmas Eve: Services to be conducted in 2 sessions, each for 90 minutes from 5.00 pm to 9.30 pm and;
For Christmas Day: Services to be conducted in 3 sessions, each for 90 minutes from 7.00 am to 1.45 pm
Sanitation works must be carried out by the management of the churches in between each session.
1.4 Maximum number of people allowed to attend in houses of worship in Green, Yellow, and Orange Zones:
Based on the type of house of worship with physical distancing:
Minor Basilica: 300
Cathedral: 300
Large church (more than 25,000 sq. ft.): 300
Medium church (15,000 – 25,000 sq., ft.): 250
Small church (less than 15,000 sq. ft.): 200
Chapel (less than 10,000 sq. ft.): 150
1.5 For houses of worship in Red Zone, not more than 30 people are allowed to attend.
2. Activities Not Allowed :
2.1 Open houses and door-to-door caroling.
3. Christmas Celebration At Home-landed Properties
3.1 Allowed with close family members and not more than 20 people at any one time.
4. Christmas Celebration At Home –Strata Properties (Apartments/Condominiums/etc.)
4.1 Unit size below 1,500 sq. ft. – maximum of 10 people allowed with close family members
4.2 Unit size above 2,500 sq. ft. – maximum of 15 people allowed with close family members.

5. SOP FOR EMCO AREAS
The following are the highlights:
5.1 Christmas Services are not allowed at all.
5.2 Open houses and door-to-door caroling are not allowed.
5.3 Celebrations are only allowed for family members of the same household
5.4 No visitors are allowed.
