MCCBCHST: Our Solidarity In Prayer To End The Incursion On The East Coast Of Sabah
The Malaysian Consultative Council Of Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism and Taoism (MCCBCHST) urges all Malaysians to hold prayer services at this time of uncertainty over the armed incursions into the east coast of Sabah.
We wish to extend our deepest condolences to the families of our fallen heroes and pray that they find the strength and patience during this difficult period. We grieve along with their families for the sacrifice of their lives that they have given for the sake of our beloved nation.
We pray that there would be no more fatal casualties or injuries to members of our security forces serving along the coastline in Sabah.
Let us also remember in prayer also those who have been injured in firefights with the Suluk intruders that they may have the best medical care and attention and swift recovery from their wounds.
We call for divine intervention to assist our Government and our Security forces to have the wisdom, strength and courage to resolve this armed intrusion as soon as possible.
May their actions focus on the safety and security of Sabahans living along the east coast of Sabah.
May they deal swiftly and resolutely to uphold the integrity and sovereignty of Malaysia.
May we as Malaysians come together as one in this tense and uncertain situation.
Our prayers are with our fellow Malaysians in Sabah.
