Nation-wide Malaysia Day Prayer Rally Venues
7th September, 2011
Dear Pastor/Elder/Leader
Shalom!
The nation celebrates its 48th Malaysia Day this coming September 16, 2011. The event has now overtaken Merdeka Day because it includes both Sabah and Sarawak. There is a sense of unity and fresh awakening when the Malaysian Church intercedes and uphold our leaders of the nation. Malaysia is strategic and has a special place in God's agenda. He has given us spiritual grace for racial harmony. For such a time like this we need to fervently pray for unity and blessings.
Malaysia Day is also a time of celebration, having concluded our 40-Day Fast & Prayer, on the theme "Be Agents of Change" The challenge before us, is to continue to be the salt and light in the spheres of influence that God has placed us. We want to encourage you to continue to do good works and lead a life of compassion for the lost and marginalize. The days ahead would be tough as the nation battles inflation and the world struggles with famine.
In many of the major cities, we will be having Malaysia Day celebration and we want to encourage you to join us at these venues and dates. Lets come together and rejoice giving thanks to the Lord, call on his name; make known among the nation(s) what he has done (Psalm 105:1)
Blessed Malaysia Day
