This seminar is specially organised for pastors and church leaders to equip them to engage the Cybergeneration - Internet-savvy people, especiallly the youths.

Technology is growing at such a blistering pace that the world is having a hard time keeping up with the changes. And the more technology we produce, the faster we develop newer things. As this cycle progresses, it speeds up, hence pushing technology further and faster than it ever has been before. Social media, social networking, video gaming, pornography, and Internet addictions are all on the rise and show no signs of abating. As this trend continues to grow and evolve, there will be significant impacts and changes on our society.

But what does this mean for the church at large?

How has technology affected our faith, our ministries, our youths?

Is your church equipped to engage the Cybergeneration?

Find out at the Cyberwellness Seminar which will explore the actions we can take to counter the trends, dangers and happenings in the Cyberworld.

Speakers

The speakers are from the Cybergeneration itself and they will address the issues from their experience, understanding and relevance. They will then look at cyberwellness from a biblical perspective to work towards a wholesome lifestyle.

Daniel Tan spent 10 years in IT and corporate training before becoming the Youth Pastor of SIB Kuala Lumpur. His passion is to raise a generation of young Malaysian leaders to be role models and mentors who will bring positive transformation to the nation.
