Vaisakhi is not only special to our Sikh friends and neighbours, it is also a reminder that Malaysia is made of diverse peoples, cultures and faiths. It is this diversity that makes Malaysia truly unique and special.
Occasions such as Vaisakhi provide us with the opportunity to reach out to one another in peace and harmony. In a world where nations are being torn apart by divisions, wars and ideologies, let us stand together as one to strengthen our bonds of unity and friendship in our beloved Malaysia.
